Woody Harrelson

Woody Harrelson is best known for playing Mickey Knox in Natural Born Killers, Larry Flynt in Larry Flyn, Haymitch in The Hunger Games, and Bill Willoughby in Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. On television he is known for his roles as Woody Boyd in the sitcom Cheers and Martin Hart in the anthology series True Detective. During his career he won an Emmy Award and received three Oscar nominations and four Golden Globe nominations.

Harrelson was married, from June 29, 1985 to January 1986, to Nancy Simon, daughter of playwright Neil Simon; the two, during a holiday in Tijuana, decided, more as a joke than anything else, to get married but, when they returned to the United States, they found the marriage license office closed and so they remained married for ten months. In 2008 he married, in a private ceremony in Hawaii, Laura Louie, co-founder of Yoganics and his former assistant, with whom he has been engaged since 1987 and with whom he had three daughters.
