Beverly Hills is a US city in Los Angeles County, California. Its boundaries make Beverly Hills itself an enclave city in Los Angeles. To the north Beverly Hills is bounded by the Santa Monica Mountains, to the east it touches West Hollywood and the Fairfax district. To the west, it borders two other boroughs of the City of Los Angeles, Westwood and Century City. It is known for being home to many actors and celebrities over the past fifty years.
Beverly Hills, despite actually being an integral part of the municipality of the Californian metropolis, is in fact difficult to reach by public transport, given that there is no subway line and the buses do not make stops in the direct center of the city.
Being an exclusive center of fashion and beauty of global importance, Beverly Hills turns out to be a tourist attraction destination of a certain importance, which every year attracts thousands and thousands of visitors from all over the world. It is possible to admire inside a multitude of houses in full Californian style, which demonstrate the exclusivity of life and of the place in which they are located, as well as the standard of the same, certainly above the US average.
Beverly Hills is part, together with the neighborhoods of Bel Air and Holmby Hills, of the so-called Platinum Triangle, the richest and most luxuriant area in Los Angeles County.
