
Millie Bobby Brown, born in 2004, is a British actress and film producer, famous for playing Eleven / Jane Hopper in the television series Stranger Things, created by the Duffer Brothers and distributed by Netflix, which earned her two Screen Actors Guild nominations Award and two Emmy Awards for Best Supporting Actress.
Her film debut was in the film Godzilla II-King of the Monsters as Madison Russell, a role reprized for the sequel Godzilla vs. Kong. She also starred in the films Enola Holmes and Enola Holmes 2.
In 2008 the family moved to Bournemouth, United Kingdom, and then settled in 2011 in Orlando, Florida, United States, where Brown was able to attend an acting school. Here she is noticed by a Hollywood entertainment agent who advises her parents to take their daughter to Los Angeles to take part in auditions. She participates and is cast as Alice as a child in a couple of episodes of the television series Once Upon a Time in Wonderland, which aired in 2013.
Her parents Kelly and Robert Brown are British, and she has a brother, Charlie, and two sisters, Paige and Ava.
After several moves, the actress settled in Atlanta, Georgia. Since 2021 she has been in a relationship with Jake Bongiovi, third son of singer Jon Bon Jovi. The couple announced their official engagement in April 2023.
