
Aaron Carter was born in Tampa, December 7, 1987, while he died in Lancaster, November 5, 2022. Nick Carter's younger brother, he opened some Backstreet Boys concerts and then embarked on a musical career by releasing five studio albums between 1997 and 2018. He played various instruments: piano, drums, guitar and saxophone. He had a passion for sport and dance, often choreographing his own performances.
The family was originally from New York, where his brother Nick was born. He had a twin sister and two other sisters, Bobbie Jean Carter and Leslie Carter, who died on the night of January 30, 2012 at the age of 25, and also a half-sister named Ginger, born of his father's first marriage, and a half-brother, Kanden, born in 2005. He also had another half-sister, Taelyn, daughter of his father's new wife.
He died on November 5, 2022, at the age of 34, at his home in Lancaster, California. The site TMZ reports that Aaron was found lifeless in his bathtub, presumably drowned. However, an investigation has been launched to identify the cause of death.
In August 2017, he came out as bise*ual through a Twitter message in which he claimed to have understood since the age of 13 that he too was attracted to boys.
In 2017 Carter stated that he had bipolar disorder. Around the same time, the singer accused his brother Nick Carter of abusing him and a female member of their family, prompting a sharp denial from Nick's legal representative. The latter later obtained a restraining order against his brother, alleging that he had threatened to kill his wife Lauren Kitt-Carter, who was pregnant with him at the time.
Officially engaged to Melanie Martin since January 2020, his only son, Prince Lyric Carter, was born on November 22, 2021. After the birth of their child, they separated and then reunited in June 2022. In September 2018 he had been in a relationship with the Russian naturalized painter Lina Valentina and then broke up in July 2019.
He also dated Madison Parker from whom he separated in 2017 and other relationships are attributed to him, including the one with Hilary Duff in 2001 until 2010 and also a brief attendance with Lindsay Lohan in the middle of those years after breaking up momentarily with Duff.
