Blair O’ Neal was born on May 14, 1981, in Macomb, Illinois located in the United States of America, She belongs to a Native America family and holds American nationality.

She began her career as a beginner at San Marcos Golf Resort, Arizona. At the age of thirteen, she started playing for the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) and proved herself as one of the best young golfers in her state of Arizona.
After her graduation, the skillful player began her professional career, and at the same time, she started her modeling career. She featured in the LPGA Futures Tour, and after a while, she encountered severe financial difficulty which led her to focus more on her modeling career.

Blair competed won the reality program, Big Break Dominican Republic and eventually won the champion. Later in 2010, Blair made to the final stage of LPGA Qualifying School. After obtaining her LPGA tour card, she got back her status on Symetra Tour and signed with Cobra-Puma as her lead sponsor.
