Playboi Carti (actual name: Jordan Terrell Carter) was born on September 13, 1996, in Columbia, Mississippi, United States.
However, Playboi Carti grew in Riverdale, Georgia. Details about his parents or relatives are yet to be known. Playboi Carti went to North Springs Charter High School in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

Among all, the two singles were most successful from the mixtape, Magnolia which reached at number 29 on the Billboard 100 and Woke Up Like This, which reached at number 76 and it also featured Lil Uzi Vert. With the sucess of the mixtape, Playboi Carti also went on the tour with Gucci Mane and Drezzy.

Playboi got arrested for domestic abuse charge on July 2017 for arguing with his girlfriend out the airport and grabbing her backpack and pulling her out of the terminal.
However, on August 2017, it was announced that he won't be facing nay domestic abuse charges.
