In an exciting development, former One Direction sensation Zayn Malik is not only contributing to the soundtrack but also taking on a dual role in the upcoming animated feature, "10 Lives." What's even more thrilling is that he will share the screen and collaborate musically with the talented "Bridgerton" star, Simone Ashley.
Malik, who has been diligently working on his next studio album with Mercury Records, is set to breathe life into the characters of tough-guy twins Cameron and Kirk in the film. On the other hand, Simone Ashley will lend her voice to the character of student Rose.
Besides their on-screen presence, both artists are actively involved in the film's creative direction as executive music producers, ensuring a harmonious blend of visuals and music. Directed by the acclaimed Chris Jenkins ("Surf's Up"), "10 Lives" promises a heartwarming tale of a pampered and selfish cat who recklessly squanders its nine lives.
Desperate for redemption and a second chance, the feline protagonist embarks on a journey to prove that it has learned from its past mistakes. However, as with most wishes, there are unforeseen consequences. The star-studded cast doesn't stop there, as the film also features the voices of renowned actors Bill Nighy, Mo Gilligan, Sophie Okonedo, Dylan Llewellyn, and Jeremy Swift, ensuring an engaging and immersive experience for viewers of all ages.
