Anticipation is at an all-time high as Fox prepares to launch the 10th season of the hit reality show, The Masked Singer. With promises of a significant kickoff and a blend of nostalgia and innovation, fans have a lot to look forward to.

Kicking off this landmark season will be a unique premiere episode following the NFL Double Header on September 10th, 8-9 p.m. ET/5-6 p.m. PT. Veering from their standard pre-season sneak peek, this episode promises an unforgettable celebrity performance, tantalizing clues, panelist guesses, and an unmasking that's already being hyped as one of the show's most monumental.

And as a nod to its past, the show will spotlight previous season stars. Notable alumni pairings include Michelle Williams and Rumer Willis, Joey Fatone with Bow Wow, and a duet between Victor Oladipo and Barry Zito.

Anonymouse Reveal and Premiere

PEOPLE magazine teases fans with the hint that a special celebrity will grace the stage in the "Anonymouse" costume.

Meanwhile, the core competition of season 10 will commence on September 27th at its regular 8-9 p.m. ET/PT slot. For those who miss out or wish to rewatch the masked marvels, platforms like Hulu,, Tubi, and On Demand offer episodes for streaming.

But will the 10th season stick to the formula we know and love? Partly. While it will retain many of its beloved elements, new twists are afoot. The competitors will now be divided into three distinct groups, each culminating in a thrilling Battle Royale semi-final.

The show is also reintroducing Wild Card contestants to shake things up and the "Ding Dong Keep It On" Bell, allowing judges a single save during a Battle Royale episode. The new season boasts 16 fresh masked personas, including Donut, Anteater, Hawk, Hibiscus, and S'More, with more yet to be unveiled.

The familiar faces of Nick Cannon, Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, and Robin Thicke will grace our screens again, ensuring the show's trademark banter and camaraderie. Thematic nights this season range from "Trolls Night" and "Harry Potter Night" to evenings dedicated to the legendary Elton John.

Themes will influence song choices, costumes, set designs, and potentially even clues. While Fox remains tight-lipped about guest appearances, they have hinted at special performances by previous fan-favorite celebrities throughout the season, as well as former contestants lending their hit songs for key episodes.

As for the identity of the celebrities beneath the masks, Fox keeps fans in suspense, yet to unveil the statistics and accolades for this season's contenders. Stay tuned as this season promises surprises at every turn.
