Shakira had attacked her ex-boyfriend Gerard Piqué and his new girlfriend Clara Chia Marti in her new revenge song. With very explicit sentences, such as: "You swapped a Ferrari for a Twingo." Damiano, an Italian fan of the Colombian pop star, got into his car and traveled to Barcelona to have the tailgate of a Twingo signed by Shakira.
The tailgate in question does not belong to the car in which he left. In fact, as reported by Vanity Fair, it was specially detached and loaded in the trunk, just so that it could be autographed. Damiano filmed everything. The preparations for the trip, the arrival at Shakira's house, the brief encounter with the singer who, however, did not stop to sign anything.
Shortly after, however, the pop star's brother, Tonino, had the tailgate delivered by Damiano, took it home, and came out with Shakira's longed-for autograph. The video of the feat, uploaded to TikTok, immediately went viral.
Piqué had joked last January as he showed up at a Kings League event aboard a white Twingo.
Shakira and Piqué's issue
After the song went viral on social media, Piqué wrote a message on Twitter. The former Barcelona defender has announced that tomorrow there will be a match for the Kings League, the 7-a-side soccer championship that he recently launched, and added: "Life is a wonderful thing", complete with an emoticon of a clown.
An emoticon most likely referring to Shakira, with whom he did not maintain a good relationship after her separation despite having two children in common, Milan and Sasha, who are now nine and six years old respectively.
The couple, born in 2011 and with whom two children were born, announced their separation last June. Piqué instead left football last November. Just in June, in fact, the news of an alleged betrayal by the former footballer, consummated with the 22-year-old Clara Chìa Martì, was made public. The two soon embarked on an official relationship.
