Rihanna composed two songs for the sequel to Black Panther

Rihanna is returning to the music scene - she will soon release two songs, reports Hits Daily Double. She recorded them for the film "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" directed by Ryan Coogler, which will begin showing in theaters across the United States next month.

The companies Marvel and Disney and the publishing houses Def Jam and Westbury Road, whose owner is Rihanna, will release an album that will contain songs from the aforementioned film. The singer released her last album "Anti" in 2016, after which she decided to take a break from recording songs and devoted herself to working on a makeup and underwear collection.

At the end of last month, the NFL announced that this singer will perform at halftime of the Super Bowl in 2023. As a reminder, rapper ASAP Rocky and Rihanna became the parents of a boy in May, whose name they have not yet revealed.

In an Instagram post, RiRi shared a captionless photo of her hand holding a football, which she shared to her social media accounts. The National Football League posted the identical image with the caption, "Let's Go." also at the same time.

Rihanna declined the opportunity to headline the halftime show in 2019 to show her support for Colin Kaepernick in the wake of the protests.

“Absolutely. I couldn’t dare do that. For what? Who gains from that? Not my people,” Rihanna told Vogue magazine at the time.

New music soon?

There was a rumor that Rihanna is working on her ninth studio album, which was expected to debut in 2020.

As the singer explained once in an interview with Allure, RiRi is so focused on the music she is going to release in the near future that she feels like she came from out of this world. “Rih is in a different place right now,” the star said.

“Like, wow. She’s from a different world”. According to Williams, Rihanna might be from Venus. “I‘m willing to bet, because Venus is gaseous, that if they had a telescope that could zoom through all that s---, you’d see Rih laying there na*ed”.
