Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan 'threatened' building contractors

As a result of the earthquake, Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his country faced enormous problems. The state, however, stood with its people in the face of these challenges. During a speech delivered by Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the President of the Republic of Turkey, he stated that from the first day after the devastating earthquakes, the Turkish authorities have been on the ground with all of their resources to assist the victims of the earthquake.

"From the first day, the state reacted in 11 provinces thanks to the police, the army, the gendarmerie and all the security forces," Erdogan said, evoking optimism among the Turkish people. Every day, we get a lot of information about the number of death, and unfortunately, that number continues to grow as the days go by.

"According to our latest information, the number of people who died in the area affected by the earthquakes exceeded 41 thousand, and 115 thousand people with injuries were rescued," Erdogan said in his speech. Erdogan is ready to do whatever he can in order to repair the damage and provide apartments to all those who have been left homeless as a result of this disaster.

"The reconstruction of the apartments destroyed in the earthquakes in the south of Turkey will be completed in a year and, God willing, the citizens will get their homes back," Erdogan said.

Erdogan statement.

There are a number of statements made by Erdogan that can particularly be frightening to engineers and other people who are involved in the construction of buildings; "Anyone who contributed to the loss of life in the earthquakes either by omission, deficiency or intentionally will be held accountable before the judiciary," Erdogan concluded.

It has become clear to the world that it is willing to help Turkey, considering that a huge amount of donations are coming every day to that country. The events happening around us were not going unnoticed by anyone. It was a time when the world demonstrated unity, and that love and harmony remain stronger than anything that can separate us.
