The Markle family has come together to produce a documentary that criticizes the behavior of the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle. The documentary features statements from Meghan's father, Thomas Markle, and siblings, Samantha and Thomas Jr., who claim to have evidence to back up their accusations.

Markle Family Takes Control of their Story

The Netflix documentary series about Meghan and Prince Harry depicted Thomas Markle as a man who sold stories about his daughter to the press. Meghan also disclosed her strained relationships with her siblings.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry blamed himself for Meghan's estrangement from her father, stating, "She had a father before this and now she doesn't have a father. And I shouldered that." Thomas Jr. reacted to Harry's comment, saying, "Saying that she doesn't have a family and she doesn't have a father, and Harry saying that she has no father now, that's just ridiculous." Samantha Markle added, "He's been through so much — two heart attacks and a stroke — and she enabled this, watched it, did nothing about it, and for Harry to say something like that is egregious." Both siblings accused Meghan of lying in the Netflix documentary, with Thomas Jr.

announcing that he is working on his own documentary to counter Meghan's claims. He stated, "The amount of unprecedented files, photos, and videos and documentation that we're going to be including in our documentary — it's going to tell a whole different story."

A Family's Response to Media Portrayal

The Markle family's documentary, currently being filmed by Australia's Channel 7, aims to challenge the dominant narrative and give the family a voice.

The trailer features Thomas Markle saying that he is trying to reconcile with Meghan, but he continues to speak out against her. The name of the documentary has not been released, but it is slated to air on May 5, the day before the coronation of King Charles.

The Markles hope to change the public's perception of them and prove that they are just a normal family, despite the accusations and media portrayal.
