There have already been a number of reactions to Gladiator 2, which is expected to see the light of day in 2024, and fans of this movie are eagerly awaiting the sequel. As a result of its popularity, Gladiator from 1999 will always be remembered as one of the most talked about movies of all time.

Russell Crowe's performance, who is also the main character in the first part of the film, made a huge impression on all fans. Fans of this film wondered if Crowe would have a role in the sequel, however, Russell confirmed that he would not be a part of it.

In an interview with Collider, this famous actor emphasized that he feels 'jealousy' "The only thing that I really feel about it is slightly jealous, you know?" he told Collider, as quoted by ew.com "Because I was a much younger man, obviously, and it was a huge experience in my life.

It's something that changed my life, really. It changed the way people regarded me and what I do for a living."
