The new limited series coming from Netflix will be "Untamed" with popular actors such as Sam Neill and Eric Bana. This fascinating show, produced by Warner Bros. Television and John Wells Productions, will likely feature both mystery and drama in a novel environment.

The movie "Untamed" is written by Mark L. Smith and Elle Smith. The series immerses the viewers into the mysterious life of Kyle Turner played by Eric Bana, a committed special agent of the National Parks Service. Turner has to maintain human law and order in the vastness of America’s parks.

A complication arises from the dark and horrifying murder in the park, which thrusts Turner into a whirlpool of dark secrets that lie not only in the park but also in the darkness of his past.

Untamed: Behind the Scenes

Hiring with Bana, Sam Neill plays Paul Souter, the experienced chief park ranger of Yosemite.

Indeed, having dedicated half of his life to his position, Souter can be viewed as a significant figure, a reliable friend, and a guide for Turner. He is depicted as a deeply devoted man, not only professionally but also in his private life, being a husband, a father, and a grandfather, which makes his relations with the other characters more complex.

It is not just a spectacle of exciting storytelling but the result of the collective work of the outstanding team in the background. Apart from writing the screenplay, the Smiths also direct the series while being the co-creators or co-showrunners.

It features Eric Bana in the main cast and a production team comprising John Wells, Erin Jontow, Todd Black, Tony Shaw, Steve Lee Jones, and Cliff Roberts to give it a good production value and an interesting plot. Sam Neill’s involvement in "Untamed" adds to his illustrious career portfolio, following recent appearances in Peacock’s "Apples Never Fall" and notable roles in "Jurassic World: Dominion" and "Thor: Love and Thunder." His comeback to television in such a dramatic character is eagerly expected by the viewers and reviewers.
