Country music star Cole Swindell, 40, and Courtney Little are married! What You Need To Know: The newlyweds got engaged in May 2023 and celebrated their wedding just a little more than a year later. Via a joint social media post, the happy couple shared the news on Thursday, June 13.

The Swindells 6.12.24 White heart," her Instagram carousel of happy photos started. The first photo was of the newlyweds, beaming from ear to ear, in their wedding attire just in front of a floral arch setup by a pool. The other photos show the lovely couple wallowing in the scenic beauty of a villa in Sonoma, California, where the ceremony occurred.

Most showed Swindell, famous for his hit song "She Had Me At Heads Carolina," wearing a black country hat. Well-wishes have begun pouring in through the comment section of the couple's post: congrats from fans to peers and even the Country Music Television account, which wrote in, "Congrats!!

??????." Other country artists tentatively pouring celebratory notes on the post include Easton Corbin, Greylan James, and Nicole Combs, Luke Combs' wife. The social media-savvy couple posted numerous Instagram Stories between Wednesday and Thursday, June 13, of their adventures in Sonoma with friends, family, and lots of wine.

Swindell also took to social media to share his excitement, tweeting on June 8, "My last single Saturday night.".

A Joyful Proposal

In April, Swindell shared a video clip of the proposal to accompany the song and captioned it, "She gave her heart to Jesus, and He gave her to me." Forever to Me is out now.

This one is special to me. He also shouted out his buddies Greylan James and Rocky Block for going on a last-minute bus ride to Texas to write the song with him and gave credit to Greylan and Jordan Schmidt for perfecting the song.

This black-and-white proposal video showed a tour bus driving through an open field before Little got off and Swindell got down on one knee. That's where Swindell, 42, proposed, he revealed during an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in May 2023.

"It's hard to put into words how happy I am," he told PEOPLE, explaining he popped the question at the site of their first date - on the farm north of Nashville, Tennessee. I feel like I've missed out on a lot of real-life moments.

I'm just glad to have somebody to share everything with. She makes me better, and I'm the happiest I've ever been in all parts of my life. The wedding to her longtime partner in Sonoma starts an exciting new chapter, celebrated by fans and friends throughout the country music world.
