Hollywood sensation Sydney Sweeney, of "Euphoria" and "Anyone But You" fame, is about to close on a $20 million home in South Florida. The big-money real estate investment comes less than a year after the 26-year-old actress candidly spoke of her financial troubles in the early years of her career.

Recent photographs caught Sweeney in South Florida, gearing up for a housewarming bash. She was seen driving around in her signature blue Fiat 500 while playing it cool and undercover in low-key denim dungarees, a baseball cap, and sunglasses.

Sweeney captured the moment on social media with videos of herself and her cherished dog, Tank, surveying the sprawling property. Sources close to the star revealed that Sweeney is just a few steps away from sealing the deal on the luxurious home, which was listed at just under $20 million.

While the exact purchase price is not revealed, insiders suggest it will be significantly higher than what she has already made in her impressive property portfolio, including her current residence in Los Angeles.

The New Luxury Home

The newly constructed house spans 7,000 square feet and features a harvest of high-end amenities, including a heated and chilled infinity pool, a chef's kitchen, a wine room, and an aquarium.

The property also boasts ocean views and a view of a close canal. To supply both convenience and entertainment in the home, there will be a personal elevator added to rise through the levels of the house, while a home gym and game room round out space.

Coming from Sweeney, who shared with me her insecurity earlier, though this time concerning money, despite all the success in Hollywood that one might imagine, it must have been a very massive investment. Most likely, the recent projects of the star, including "Anyone But You," "Madame Web," and probably even "Immaculate," which is a horror film, must have been crucial for pulling off this kind of financial stability for such a lavish purchase.

Breaking the story, TMZ indicated that Sweeney will keep her Los Angeles home and continue to grow her real estate portfolio with this new purchase. The move is seen as strategically positioning Sweeney in her career, much similar to how she has grown from financial insecurity to bagging such a luxurious and stable lifestyle.

Sydney Sweeney's journey from a money-strapped background to 20-million-dollar property ownership only underlines that she's hitting her star power and doing some pretty good financial choreography in the callous world of Hollywood.

Fans, as well as industry insiders, are sure to watch with interest as she bolsters her impressive career and property portfolio.
