Chris Pratt has candidly discussed the differing approaches he takes in parenting his son and daughters. The 44-year-old actor, best known for his roles in "Guardians of the Galaxy" and "Jurassic World," shared insights during an interview with E!

News about his experiences raising his three children. Pratt shares his 11-year-old son Jack with his ex-wife, actress Anna Faris. He also has two daughters, Lyla, 3, and Eloise, nearly 2, with his current wife, Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt.

In the interview, Pratt acknowledged that he adjusts his parenting style based on the unique needs and personalities of his children. "I hate to make generalizations based on gender, but in my experience, girls are more emotional," Pratt remarked.

"They've got me wrapped around their finger. It's wild."

Pratt explained that while all his children are affectionate, his daughters often need a gentler approach than his son.

"My girls don't like to roughhouse as much. I'll hit them with a pillow, and they'll go, 'Daddy, that hurt my feelings.' They prefer listening to stories over wrestling," he shared.

Mother's Day Tribute

Pratt made a significant observation about the need for meticulous planning in their daily lives.

"The differences even between my two daughters just show that every child is unique," he added. On Mother's Day this year, Pratt honored his wife and mother with a heartfelt Instagram post. He praised his wife Katherine for her incredible dedication to their children.

"Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas out there! Love to my Mom Kathy, who set a high bar for her love, patience, humor, and joy in motherhood. And a special thank you to my darling Katherine for all you do," he wrote.

He continued, "Witnessing you be a mom to Lyla and Eloise and a stepmom to Jack makes me fall more and more in love with you every day.

The 24/7 job of scheduling, transporting, loving, nurturing, managing calendars, planning activities, nutrition, boundaries, rules, patience, gentleness, firmness, wisdom, and grace. It’s truly a marvel." Pratt also paid his wife a touching tribute on Valentine’s Day, calling her "an amazing wife, mama, step-mama, and friend." He expressed his gratitude, writing, "Happy Valentine’s Day, Darling!

The kids and I are so lucky to have you in our lives. Grateful for you today and always ♥?." Pratt's reflections offer a glimpse into his life as a devoted father navigating the joys and challenges of raising his children.
