The 2024 BAFTA TV Awards in London saw a dazzling parade of talent that would be able to light up the sky, complete with a significant number of Scottish celebrities who joined the red carpet proceedings, swathed in their sartorial finest.

The news broke live on ITV in a lovely moment with Susanna Reid and crowns the celebratory thirty-year career of the illustrious host.

For the performance categories, Brian Cox, who plays the lead role in the widely acclaimed series "Succession," scored a nomination for Leading Actor. Cox was the lifeblood of that show; he is internationally nominated.
