With a career defined by record-breaking tracks and electrifying stage shows, it's no wonder country music superstar Jason Aldean now heads up a new project in the beverage world with the launch of his latest creation, TEABIRD.

This latest product is intended to capture the very essence of classic Southern charm, the sweet tea brewed across the states—albeit with a kick of alcohol. For Aldean, 47, it's part of a diversification into entrepreneurship beyond music: After launching Wolf Moon Bourbon with Florida Georgia Line, the entertainer now goes into business with Brandon Cason, founder and CEO of TEABIRD, to introduce the trailblazing hard tea.

It only made sense because Cason is no stranger to the beverage world, being the founder of Waterloo Sparkling Water and Canteen Spirits.

TEABIRD: Southern Nostalgia

TEABIRD is far beyond a beverage; it is a nostalgic toast to Aldean's Georgia heritage.

"It's all natural, it tastes great, and it's perfect for enjoying out on the boat or at the beach," Aldean said in discussing the product with PEOPLE. He readily admits that it was his personal experience of TEABIRD that sealed the deal.

"Being from Georgia, it really reminds me of home," he added. Cason, 45, is keen to stress that TEABIRD is made with all-natural ingredients, from black tea and pure cane sugar. With only 110 calories and 5 grams of sugar per serving, this hard sweet tea aims to offer a guilt-free indulgence for those mindful of their consumption.

"It’s a refreshingly authentic and flavorful hard sweet tea that's also keeping the spirit of 'better for you' front and center, something that doesn’t exist on the market right now," Cason explained. Aldean's respect for Cason's previous ventures and his own fond memories of sweet tea from his childhood in the South have culminated in this collaboration.

"Sweet tea is something that everyone who grew up in the South knows and loves. Hard tea is always a huge hit and a fan-favorite," Aldean noted. Besides his new business venture, Aldean remains active in the music scene. The "Let Your Boys Be Country" singer is gearing up for his Highway Desperado Tour, which kicks off in July.

Additionally, Aldean continues to grow his hospitality brand, Jason Aldean Kitchen + Rooftop Bar, with a new location recently opened in Pittsburgh. With TEABIRD, Jason Aldean not only brings a taste of the South to consumers across the nation but also solidifies his status as a multifaceted artist and entrepreneur committed to quality and innovation in every project he undertakes.
