And just like they did, they unveiled the cover not much later, with the two in a candid, happy moment in their kitchen.

Faulkner was happy to share on Instagram, where she wrote, "We're so excited to be sharing our first book with you all."

Kitchen Love Story

John Torode and Lisa Faulkner have been a best-selling cookbook couple in their own right and are now the pioneering tandem of the gastronomic world that has made such a significant impact on the ITV show "John and Lisa's Weekend Kitchen." Reassured in a show that has been a success, especially after their marriage, is a representation of their great on-screen chemistry and shared love for cooking.

Such has been the impact that ITV Studios have already teased a ninth season, set for autumn 2024. Their affair made headlines after Faulkner became a participant and Torode a judge on "Celebrity Masterchef" in 2010. Though it took quite a while since becoming good friends for their love to sprout, the couple has now developed a very healthy blended family.

Torode has four children from previous relationships, and Faulkner adopted a daughter in 2006 with her former husband, actor Chris Coghill. In 2019, the couple finally got married in the idyllic Aynhoe Park in Oxfordshire after a Christmas proposal by Torode featuring a beautiful diamond ring.

They do not have children of their own, but the shared love for food and cooking deepens them more, both inside and outside the home and even off-screen. "John and Lisa's Kitchen" promises to be a lively celebration of love and partnership. Fans and foodies will be thrilled with what these two kitchen dynamos whip up in the end.
