After a four-year hiatus, the beloved outdoor concert stage at "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" is set to make a grand comeback. Come Wednesday, the 17th of April, live, back to life it will roar with one of the most celebrated country music singer-songwriters, Chris Stapleton, in an historic concert as this most iconic show reopens the hallowed hall.

Just behind the show's historic Hollywood studio, there is an empty stage—that empty space hasn't been used for production since February 2020, for a couple of weeks before the world shut down live events due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Chris Stapleton, with his powerful voice and deep messages in lyrics, is going to perform his latest sensation, "It Takes A Woman," in the hall. He is going to set space anew with his music and performance. Stapleton will make his first appearance back since taking the stage on "Saturday Night Live," with performances that have been electrifying the debut release of "White Horse" and "Mountains of My Mind." Stapleton will also sit for an interview with actor and producer Rob McElhenney, who will host a night of conversation and music.

Outdoor Concerts Return

The return of the outdoor concert series is not just a win for the show but for fans and the artists alike. Assuredly, there is something for everyone coming to an audience from Tequila Don Julio—with a spectacular artist roll-call set to continue over the next few months with concerts from Imagine Dragons, Cage the Elephant, and Incubus among many more, sure to promise an audible feast of music that meanders through every variance.

This stage is not new to glitzy events; over time, it had seen music legends like Prince, Lady Gaga, and Elton John, among others, who are newer ones such as Cardi B and Dua Lipa. "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" tapes from the El Capitan Entertainment Centre located at literally the center of the Hollywood Boulevard.

The show is something of a nighttime institution, as it airs on ABC at 11:35 p.m. ET with next-day streaming availability on Hulu. Continually with the series from its listing of producers, executive producers are Jimmy Kimmel, Erin Irwin, Molly McNearney, Jennifer Sharron, and David Craig, executive producing from 12:05 AM Productions, LLC; Kimmelot; and ABC Signature.

"Jimmy Kimmel Live!" pulls out all the stops, combining comedy, celebrity interviews, and live music performances and mixing them with the favorite flavors of nighttime fun for viewers across the nation.
