David Beckham, the iconic former professional footballer, recently took to social media to share insights into his rigorous fitness regime. At 48, Beckham's dedication to maintaining his athletic build is evident in a new video he posted, showcasing his intense workout routine.

In a playful Instagram Reel, Beckham humorously quotes his performance coach, Bob @mrbobbyrich, "‘Knee’s up to your chest,'" followed by a light-hearted jab, "shut up Bob ??‍?? hairs a mess that’s more important right now ?." The clip features Beckham executing a series of pull-ups, shirtless, demonstrating the hard work behind his physique.

Clad in a striking pair of orange shorts, complemented by black socks and vivid orange tennis shoes, the Inter Miami CF co-owner exhibits his commitment to fitness.

David and his wife, Victoria Beckham, are no strangers to sharing their fitness endeavors.

The couple often posts about their joint workouts, although Victoria, 49, recently had to pause her routine due to a gym injury that left her with a broken foot in February.

David's Supportive Gesture

In light of Victoria's accident, David showcased his supportive side.

Victoria shared on social media, "The best gift my Husband ever bought me!!!" alongside a photo of herself using a knee scooter—a gift from David to help her navigate her temporary immobility. In her posts, she revealed David's thoughtful additions to the scooter, including a basket, a cup holder, and a bell, humorously noting her ability to "pick up quite the speed" with it.

During a heartwarming interview on SiriusXM's This Life of Mine with James Corden, David opened up about his relationship with Victoria, recounting the early days of their romance. He expressed his initial attraction to the Spice Girl, which quickly deepened as he discovered her strength and character.

"I didn't realize what a strong woman she was, and that is what really attracted me to her more than anything," he shared. The couple, who wed in 1999, have since built a life together, welcoming four children: Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz, and Harper.

David's revelation that the Spice Girls' "Say You'll Be There" music video played a pivotal role in his realization that Victoria was 'the one' adds a nostalgic layer to their love story. With rumors of a Spice Girls reunion tour swirling—fueled by Mel B's recent hint-dropping incident—it seems the Beckhams may soon have the chance to relive those early moments of their relationship, reminding fans and followers alike that their bond is as strong and endearing as ever.
