Pop sensation Joe Jonas recently finalized the sale of his luxurious Manhattan condo, a transaction that marked the end of a four-month listing period. The property, situated in the heart of New York City's vibrant Nolita district, was sold for a commendable $5.36 million, slightly below its initial asking price of just under $6 million, according to sources close to The Hollywood Reporter.

This exquisite downtown dwelling spans 2,907 square feet and features a trio of bedrooms, including a master suite that boasts both a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom. The condo, which is nestled within a select luxury boutique building of only 11 units, also offers three bathrooms.

Residents of this exclusive address enjoy the benefits of a 24-hour doorman service, ensuring privacy and security. The interior design includes a sophisticated kitchen equipped with SieMatic cabinetry, countertops of Imperial Danby marble, and top-of-the-line Miele appliances.

Additionally, the property features a Daikin central air system and elegantly custom oak flooring throughout.

Terrace with City Views

One of the condo's most striking features is its expansive 1,450-square-foot private terrace.

This outdoor oasis is adorned with lush greenery and provides breathtaking panoramic views of New York City, making it an ideal space for relaxation and entertaining. Access to this luxurious abode is via a private elevator, which opens into an exclusive foyer, adding an extra layer of privacy and exclusivity.

The sale of Jonas's Nolita condo was managed by Carl Gambino of The Gambino Group at Compass and Adam Modlin of Modlin Group, with the buyer being represented by Compass' Les Meyers, Reilly Adler, and Gambino. The identity of the new owner remains undisclosed.

Originally purchased by Jonas in 2018 for $5.6 million, as reported by The Real Deal, this sale comes at a time when the singer is navigating significant personal changes, including his ongoing divorce from actress Sophie Turner.

In addition to their New York City property, the couple has previously sold homes in Los Angeles and Miami for $15.2 million and $15 million, respectively. Amidst these changes, Joe Jonas continues to captivate audiences worldwide with the Jonas Brothers, following the release of their sixth studio album, "The Album," in May of the previous year.
