In a move that has stirred the entertainment world, Justin Timberlake, the acclaimed former *NSYNC star, is reportedly considering an in-depth interview with renowned talk show host Oprah Winfrey. This development comes amidst a growing public feud with his former partner, pop icon Britney Spears.

Timberlake, 42, recently found himself at the center of controversy following remarks made at his birthday concert. During the performance, he emphatically stated he owed no apologies before launching into his hit song "Cry Me a River," widely believed to be about Spears and their tumultuous relationship.

This statement has reignited discussions about their past, leading to intense scrutiny and public debate. Sources close to Timberlake revealed to The Sun that he is contemplating a candid conversation with Oprah Winfrey, 70, to address the situation.

"Justin is really not happy with how things have unfolded. He hoped his music would do the talking, but the current scenario demands more," the source explained. They added, "Initially considered months ago, the idea of a sit-down with Oprah is gaining traction again.

Despite his reluctance, the mounting backlash might compel him to speak out."

Timberlake-Spears Saga Escalates

Timberlake's relationship with Spears, and their subsequent split, has been a topic of public fascination for years.

The situation escalated in 2023 following revelations in Spears' memoir, "The Woman in Me," where she disclosed having an abortion during their relationship, citing Timberlake's reluctance to fatherhood as a key reason. At his "One Night Only" show in New York City, Timberlake made headlines with his defiant statement, "I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize to absolutely nobody." This, coupled with his song choice, sparked outrage among some fans, while others defended him against the backlash.

Meanwhile, Spears, who was in a relationship with Timberlake from 1999 to 2002, expressed regret for any offense caused by her autobiography in a now-deleted Instagram post. Interestingly, she also praised Timberlake's new songs, "Selfish" and "Sanctified," describing them as impressive.

Spears, in her memoir, admitted to a one-time infidelity with choreographer Wade Robson, 41. Timberlake, on the other hand, has since settled down with actress Jessica Biel, 41. The couple, married since 2012, share two sons, Silas, eight, and Phineas, three.

Britney Spears, mother to Sean Preston, 18, and Jayden James, 17, with ex-husband Kevin Federline, 45, is currently navigating a divorce from her former partner, 29-year-old fitness trainer Sam Asghari.
