In an exciting update from Prime Video, the first trailer for the much-anticipated comedy "Ricky Stanicky" has dropped, showcasing the dynamic duo of John Cena and Zac Efron in roles that fans have eagerly awaited. Directed by the acclaimed Peter Farrelly, the film is set to make its debut on the streaming platform on March 7, under the banner of Amazon MGM Studios.

"Ricky Stanicky" spins a humorous tale around Dean, portrayed by Zac Efron, and his two childhood friends who concoct a fictional character named Ricky Stanicky to evade blame for a prank that spiraled out of control. This imaginary friend becomes their go-to scapegoat for every misadventure that follows, up until their significant others demand to meet the elusive Ricky.

Enter "Rock Hard" Rod, a character brought to life by John Cena, a down-on-his-luck actor who seizes the opportunity to embody Ricky Stanicky. The plot thickens as Cena's character delves too deep into his role, much to the dismay of Efron's Dean, who insists, "Ricky Stanicky isn't real." Cena's heartfelt response, "My job sucked, I had no friends.

But now I have all those things," adds a layer of depth to the comedy, suggesting that the film will explore themes of friendship and identity.
