Josh Radnor, the guy who played Ted Mosby in "How I Met Your Mother," met his wife in a really unusual place. Like, not the kind of spot you'd expect. Josh Radnor expressed his happiness through social media and confirmed how happy he is to have found the woman of his dreams.
"I got married! Two weeks ago. In a *light* blizzard. It was an incredible overwhelming snowy bliss-filled weekend. So grateful to so many people I love for making the trip to @thesistersofcedarlakes to be with us. To @forgedinthenorth for the extraordinary pictures. To @samspector for the extraordinary suits. But most of all to Jordana. I can’t believe my great good fortune that I get to call this extraordinary woman my wife."- he wrote.
Josh met Jordana Jacobs, a clinical psychologist, at a sound meditation retreat. He revealed to the New York Times that they met at a sound meditation retreat in February 2022 and as soon as he saw her he thought: "That's her, that's your wife," the actor said in an interview.
"I look into the infinity of your green eyes, and I know that the fact that I didn't get married until now wasn't because of some disappointment. The truth is that I didn't get married until now because I was waiting for you," Josh, in love, said in his vows, according to The New York Times.
Dr. Jacobs, a psychologist from Brooklyn, went to visit her family nearby. She studied at Tufts University and got a doctorate from Long Island University.
She and Radnor had a friendly chat the night before a meditation. They talked about love and death, and Dr. Jacobs, who studied their connection, worried her approach was too academic. Judging by the photos, it seems that they are very happy, and that their future holds only beautiful stories.
