Usher, renowned for his dynamic performances and chart-topping hits, recently expressed gratitude towards fellow music icon Rihanna for her unwavering support. In a heartfelt post on X (formerly known as Twitter), the 45-year-old "Boyfriend" singer shared a video clip of Rihanna endorsing him for the upcoming Super Bowl performance.

"Real recognize real. Thank U Queen @rihanna," Usher conveyed in his message, reposting footage of the Fenty founder. Rihanna, who headlined the Super Bowl halftime show in February and revealed her second pregnancy with partner A$AP Rocky, only admired Usher.

Usher's Super Bowl Excitement

Usher's announcement as the 2024 Super Bowl headliner followed a memorable revelation in September.

In a shared video, Kim Kardashian informs Usher of this exciting opportunity. This announcement stirred considerable enthusiasm among fans and the music community alike. Reflecting on this significant career achievement, Usher stated, "It's an honor of a lifetime to finally check a Super Bowl performance off my bucket list.

I can’t wait to bring the world a show unlike anything else they’ve seen from me before." He further extended his gratitude to fans and all those involved in making this dream a reality, promising a spectacular show come February 2024.

Super Bowl LVIII, set to air live on CBS, will be Usher's second appearance at the event. He previously performed in 2011 alongside the Black Eyed Peas. The "U Got It Bad" singer recently concluded his My Way Las Vegas residency.

This emotional and successful run started in July 2022 and saw Usher delivering unforgettable performances night after night. As the excitement builds for Usher's Super Bowl halftime show, fans eagerly anticipate a performance that will undoubtedly highlight his already remarkable career.
