In his shocking confession, Jeremy Clarkson confirmed that he currently has major health problems that cause him concern. The famous TV personality revealed that he has problems with performing physical activities. He doesn't understand how people his age have so much time and energy to do certain activities.

"When I hear that a man of my age should do 10,000 steps a day, I just think: 'Right, and how on earth would I find the time to do that?"- he said, as quoted by dailyrecord.co.uk!

Clarkson spends a lot of time with his son.

However, at some moments it is so difficult for him to move, and he feels the consequences for a long time afterwards. All this worries Clarkson, who is trying to change his lifestyle. "When I go with my son to Stamford Bridge, he pootles along at what people call 'walking pace' and to keep up I have to unleash my inner Bannister.

Which means that for the first half of the match I can’t concentrate on the football because I’m too busy coughing up my spleen and trying to get my breath back."- Clarkson continued. His biggest fear is dementia.

Clarkson is particularly concerned given the link between hearing loss and dementia. Jeremy has been experiencing hearing loss for 12 years. During one of Clarkson's checkups, the doctors instructed that the greater the hearing loss, the greater the chances of dementia.

Clarkson wants to remain a fighter. He tries in every way to help himself and save his health. He is aware that with age it is natural to lose health, but it is very important to do something about it, and at least reduce the consequences.
