Celebrated actor Milo Ventimiglia, renowned for his role in "This Is Us," has officially declared his single days over as he recently tied the knot with the stunning Jarah Mariano in a surreptitious ceremony, a source exclusively confirms to Us Weekly.

The intimate event took place earlier this year, surrounded by close family and friends. The 46-year-old Ventimiglia and 38-year-old Mariano first sparked romance rumors last year. Despite the buzz, the duo maintained a low profile, never formally acknowledging their relationship to the public.

In recent months, they have been spotted together in California, following Ventimiglia's acquisition of a ranch-style home in Malibu during the summer of 2022.

Ventimiglia's Insights on Family

Ventimiglia has consistently kept his romantic life under wraps.

However, he shared with Us Weekly back in March 2017 how his role as patriarch Jack Pearson in "This Is Us" influenced his perspective on family. "It doesn’t make me want to have a family any more than I think I’m built to want a strong family unit,” he shared.

"When the right time comes, and everything aligns, I’m confident that it’ll all work out." Portraying a father figure in the NBC series was a fulfilling experience for Ventimiglia, who mentioned, “I don’t have kids, I have nieces and nephews.

It's like getting to fulfill a bit of my own paternal instincts to guide a young mind towards a positive approach in life." While Ventimiglia’s off-screen romances might not have been in the spotlight, his on-screen character, Jess Mariano from "Gilmore Girls," captured the hearts and attention of fans globally.

Jess’s complex relationship with Rory Gilmore (Alexis Bledel) left audiences rooting for them, despite Rory's single status at the series’ conclusion in 2007. The 2021 revival "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" rekindled discussions about Rory's love life, leaving fans speculating about the paternity of her unborn child.

Reflecting on Jess and Rory's journey, Ventimiglia remarked in a September 2021 podcast appearance, “They were exactly what each other needed at the time, yet it was OK that it didn’t work out. They each had different paths to follow." Ventimiglia and Mariano’s union marks a new chapter for the actor, and while they’ve chosen to celebrate this moment privately, the joy and love surrounding their union is palpably felt by those closest to them.
