Jennifer Lopez sold her Bel Air mansion for almost $34 million, after listing it for $42.5 million. The property, featuring a 1,000-square-meter main house on eight hectares of land, offered numerous amenities, including a library, home theater, and guest house.

The mansion had nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. Many people wonder why Lopez decided to take this step, and what her next intentions are. Lopez, who purchased the house in 2016 for $28 million, enlisted the Carolwood Estate agency to manage the sale.

Following the sale, Jennifer and Ben Affleck chose a Beverly Hills mansion for $60 million, boasting 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms, and various luxury features such as a cinema, wine room, spa center, and sports facilities. The couple first began their relationship in 2002, got engaged, but later separated in 2004.

They rekindled their romance in 2021 and got engaged in April 2022, exchanging vows in Las Vegas and at Ben's Georgia home a month later.
