Nearly a decade after the untimely passing of Paul Walker, the iconic “Fast & Furious” actor who tragically lost his life in a car accident at 40, his legacy endures. His younger brother, Cody Walker, and wife Felicia, recently welcomed a new addition to their family, a son they named Paul Barrett ("Bear") Walker, ensuring the actor’s memory continues to live on.

Cody Honors Family Legacy

Featured in an exclusive with People magazine, Cody shared, "As the tenth anniversary of my brother's departure approaches this November, I felt it was the right moment." Delving deeper into the significance of the name, Cody elaborated, “Paul William Walker IV is a name steeped in family tradition, spanning four generations.

In our household, my brother often went by ‘little Paul’ or ‘Paul 4,’ despite eventually towering over our father. Keeping that name alive was something that deeply mattered to me”. Renowned media outlet CNN has reached out to Cody Walker's representatives for further comments on the touching tribute.

Back in November 2013, the world was shaken by the news of Paul Walker's demise. The actor's death came while "Furious 7" was in production. The film eventually proceeded after a brief halt, with Cody and another brother, Caleb, stepping in to serve as stand-ins for the beloved star.

The incident unfolded when Walker, in the passenger seat of a 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, driven by a racing teammate, met a tragic end in Valencia, Santa Clarita. The vehicle hit a light pole and erupted in flames, approximately 30 miles from Hollywood.

In a poignant nod to the legacy, Meadow Walker Thornton-Allan, Paul’s daughter, made her on-screen debut in the latest chapter of the franchise, "Fast X." Thornton-Allan took to her official Instagram to give fans a glimpse of her role.
