Hollywood Power Couple: Vergara and Manganiello Facing Divorce Rumors

From their Los Angeles mansion to the heart of Italy, whispers of a divorce between Hollywood's power couple, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello, have been echoing across the globe. The pair, who captured the hearts of fans when they married in a lavish Palm Beach wedding in 2015, have recently sparked concerns about a potential separation.

A Tale of Two Stars

Vergara and Manganiello's story began in 2014, with an endearing tale of love-at-first-sight. Vergara was engaged to Nick Loeb at the time, but in a twist worthy of a Hollywood screenplay, she broke off the engagement for Manganiello.

After just six months of dating, Manganiello proposed, setting the stage for one of the most talked-about weddings of the decade. The duo tied the knot the following year, in a star-studded ceremony attended by 350 guests.

Vergara dazzled in a wedding dress by designer Zuhair Murad, setting the stage for a night of glamour and celebration. The guest list was a who's who of Hollywood, including her "Modern Family" co-stars, Reese Witherspoon, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Harvey Weinstein, Georgina Chapman, and Roselyn Sanchez.

But despite the fairy-tale wedding and strong initial years, recent events have raised eyebrows among fans and media. The actors have reportedly not been living together and recently listed their Los Angeles mansion for sale.

Furthermore, Vergara celebrated her 51st birthday in Italy — alone. These incidents, combined with their conspicuous absence from the public eye, ignited the rumors of an impending divorce.

Battling Rumors and Rising Above

However, the couple has not taken these rumors lying down.

In a recent Instagram post, Vergara openly mocked a magazine that suggested she had removed her wedding ring as a sign of marital issues. “The editor of this magazine is an idiot,” she posted, adding a laughing emoji.

She went on to lambast the editor for not being thorough with his research. "If he is going to have my ring removed to create a 'fake' 'news' he should have made sure that he removed from social media all the other pictures of that award night in Rome where I'm wearing it," she added.

Her post also clarified that the man she was pictured with was a friend and the producer of the movie "Bent," which she was filming in Rome.
