In the light of recent revelations about his former co-star Bruce Willis' health conditions, Hollywood legend Arnold Schwarzenegger had a heartfelt exchange with CinemaBlend, during which he praised Willis' remarkable career and character.

Schwarzenegger, who is presently on a promotional spree for his new Netflix series, 'FUBAR', opened up about the professional journey and personal circumstances of his fellow action star.

Schwarzenegger on Willis: 'A Great Star and Kind Man'

"I think that he's fantastic," Schwarzenegger professed when asked about Willis.

He reminisced fondly about their shared past in the industry, referring to Willis as a "huge, huge star." In Schwarzenegger's view, his esteemed colleague's legacy will endure long after his retirement from the limelight, immortalized by his memorable performances and congenial personality. "And I think that he will always be remembered as a great, great star.

And a kind man," he added. In acknowledging Willis' recent health-related retirement, Schwarzenegger offered a touching sentiment, "I understand that under his circumstances, health-wise, that he had to retire. But in general, you know, we never really retire.

Action heroes, they reload." This statement not only underscores the mutual respect between the two Hollywood heavyweights but also highlights the indomitable spirit of their craft.

Willis Family Addresses his Health Condition

Earlier this year, Willis' family addressed the public, releasing a joint statement that unveiled the actor's ongoing health struggles.

The declaration, issued by Bruce's wife, Emma, ex-wife Demi Moore, and daughters Rumer, Scout, Tallulah, Mabel, and Evelyn, offered gratitude for the public's kindness and love during this trying time. "As a family, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you all for the outpouring of love and compassion for Bruce over the past ten months," the Willis Family wrote.

They continued, "Your generosity of spirit has been overwhelming, and we are tremendously grateful for it." The family further clarified Willis' condition, stating, "Since we announced Bruce's diagnosis of aphasia in spring 2022, Bruce's condition has progressed and we now have a more specific diagnosis: frontotemporal dementia (known as FTD).

Unfortunately, challenges with communication are just one symptom of the disease Bruce faces. While this is painful, it is a relief to finally have a clear diagnosis."
