Kim Kardashian and Kanye West got married in 2014 and got divorced in November 2022. In the wake of his failed 2020 presidential bid, controversial remarks about slavery, and other headline-grabbing events, a divorce agreement was finalized.
He has four children with Kim - daughters North and Chicago, and sons Saint and Psalm - and is now married to his employee Bianca Censori. As part of her reflection on their "beautiful" yet tumultuous marriage, Kim Kardashian shared a few words about how she can't help people who don't want it on Jay Shetty's "On Purpose" podcast, pointing out that she can't help them if they do not want it.
While Kim West is three years older than Kanye West, they share joint custody of their children after the divorce. It appears that their friction hasn't ended because West stated in a September interview with the Alo Yoga podcast “Mind Full” that Kim has their children around 80% of the time.
Kim Kardashian on parenting
As a single mom, Kim shared candidly on Shetty's podcast that there are nights when she cries herself to sleep. The star went on to say that there is nothing that can prepare single parents to go through the experience of raising their children.
It turns out that motherhood is one of the most challenging, but also the most rewarding endeavors that she has undertaken in her life, and that it has taught her a great deal about herself as well. In an interview with Shetty, she told him that, as a single mother whose last relationship with Pete Davidson ended in August 2022, she is exceptionally proud of herself for coping with a variety of parenting challenges.
Kim Kardashian described raising young children as "absolute madness" and "the best chaos" in the same interview. "Everyone says that the days are long and the years are short, and this is absolutely true. There are no rules for their night routines."- Kim says, and "there were days when she didn't get to wash her hair during the pandemic."
