Brittany Snow experienced the most difficult moments of her life after her divorce from Tyler Stanaland. It was hard for her to bear such things, and these mental difficulties were getting bigger and bigger. “In the past year I went through probably the hardest mental health challenge I’ve ever faced,” -she said, as quoted by pagesix.com
“In one day, in a matter of hours, my life turned completely upside down”.
After that, Snow experienced another difficult moment: The death of her grandmother. “I was blindsided and every thing I thought I knew, held sacred and truly trusted in my life was completely different. A couple days later my grandmother passed away and I think every thing I knew about mental health was tested”.
Brittany Snow wanted support
In those moments, Snow needed support. Fortunately, her friends were there for her when it was most difficult. Without their support, she would hardly have succeeded. “Thank god for my friends.
I don’t know if I would have made it without them,” she said. “They reminded me who I was and the things I stood for. I used all the tools I knew. All of them”. At one point, she came to her friend and cried on the floor at her place.
“The last year has been really tricky for me, and one of the girls, I just, you know, opened up her door and I just fell down to the ground and just cried and laid there”. Snow and her partner divorced after two years.
They understood that it was the best for them and their future. “This decision was made with love and mutual respect for one another. We have realized we need to take some time and make sure we are each living our most fulfilling and authentic lives,” -Snow wrote on Social Media at the time.
