Many tabloids focus on Meghan Markle as one of the hottest topics in their publications, and her marriage to Prince Harry seems to catch everyone's attention as well. Among the many surprises that many people encountered was the new information.
As it happens, Markle sent a letter a couple of years ago to King Charles, which is certainly concerning. A complaint of hers was about the partiality of members of the Royal Family towards certain members of the family. In a conversation with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan revealed further details about the case.
Namely, the color of her son Archie's skin caused various reactions. While she didn't want to reveal exactly who was the one who was making such comments, she was frustrated by this kind of behavior. In the aftermath of the interview, there was rumor that she sent letters to Oprah Winfrey, but there is no proof of that.
Despite the fact that many believe that this is the reason why we will not see her at the coronation, an anonymous source has revealed that this is not true.
Reports
An anonymous source told the BBC that the Duchess of Sussex had communicated with the king previously, that there were letters between her and the king.
However, that was two years ago, and it has nothing to do with the Duchess' decision not to attend the coronation. A report in The Telegraph says that both King Charles and Markle "agreed that the individual's comment was not made with malice in mind".
As a result of an interview with Oprah, Markle stated that there had been "several conversations" between an unnamed member of the royal family and the Duke regarding what the unborn son would look like before it was born.
Prince Harry stated two years later that they did not say the story was racist, but that the British media had exaggerated the story in order to create a sensation. Who knows what the truth is in the whole story, but Meghan Markle brought a completely different dimension with her appearance.
