Shayk was previously in a relationship with the actor Bradley Cooper, with whom she shares six-year-old daughter Lea De Seine Shayk Cooper.
The couple broke up in 2019 after four years of dating, but sources told PageSix in November 2022 that they had reconciled and were considering starting a family together. "It was a real family getaway and they are considering getting back together.

They are getting close again, and a source close to them revealed back in 2022 that the couple has bigger plans for the future.
