Actor Jeremy Renner, best known for his roles in "The Avengers" and "Wind River," has been making strides in his recovery after a severe accident in the early months of this year. The actor took to social media to share his progress, posting a video on his Twitter profile showing himself walking steadily on an anti-gravity treadmill.

From Tragedy to Actionable Love

In the video, Renner can be seen walking on the treadmill, with the help of an unseen guide explaining that he is walking on his own. Renner himself notes that the anti-gravity treadmill allows him to bear only 40 percent of his weight, which is helping him build strength as he continues to recover from the accident.

In a post on Twitter, Renner wrote, "I now have to find other things to occupy my time so my body can recover from my will." The actor has also been sharing his recovery journey on Instagram, posting a video of himself pedaling on a stationary bike with his left leg and sharing a photo of "The Book of Awakening" by Mark Nepo.

Renner notes that he is not only focusing on physical recovery but also on his mental well-being.

In a previous Instagram post, Renner reflected on the changes to his workout routine and New Year's resolutions after the accident.

He wrote, "Spawned from tragedy for my entire family, and quickly focused into uniting actionable love." He added, "Much love and appreciation to you all. These 30 plus broken bones will mend, grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens."

Making Progress After a Severe Accident

Renner was injured in a snow plowing accident, which resulted in over 30 broken bones and several orthopedic injuries.

Despite being in critical condition at the time, Renner is now making progress in his recovery through regular exercise and a focus on both physical and mental well-being. We wish Jeremy Renner a continued and successful recovery.
