Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are back to looking for their dream home. And, after backing out of a bid for a $34.5 million mansion they were supposed to buy a few weeks ago, the increasingly in love Ben and Jennifer have finally found their perfect love nest.
According to the TMZ website, after putting their villa on the Bel Air hill up for sale for $42.5 million, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck found a new home in the Pacific Palisades area of Los Angeles, considered one of the most exclusive areas of the Californian city.
It's a mega-property in Pacific Palisades that costs nearly double the one they fell in love with, or $64 million, but offers even more amenities, including eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The house, which is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Los Angeles, just north of Santa Monica, occupies 1.13 acres of land and includes a gym, a professional media room, a game room, an elevator and a huge courtyard with pool and firepit area.
In February, Jennifer put up for sale the nearly decade-old nine-bedroom Bel Air property she bought for $28 million in 2015, for $42 million. Affleck also recently sold his mansion for around $30 million. The villa already seems perfect for hosting their extended family, the children of the singer and actress with Marc Anthony, Emmy and Max, and the children of Affleck with Jennifer Garner, Seraphina, Violet and Samuel.
Everyone will have more than enough space for themselves and to invite friends to enjoy the services that the house has to offer, from the cinema to the swimming pool and other multiple recreational and meeting places. A particular point of interest is the library, which includes numerous floor-to-ceiling bookshelves.
The house is located on a hill, overlooks a canyon and is very bright throughout the day. The villa has at least three floors, all with rooms opening onto back patios or balconies and with an internal lift. And in case anyone feels the need for some privacy, the estate also appears to include a guest house located just off the driveway.
Three cars that can be parked in the garage but a large additional driveway space can accommodate many more.
