Prince Harry on the experiment with psychedelics: It brought me a sense of relaxation

As part of an interview with Gabor Mate, Prince Harry spoke about the use of psychedelics in his life. Every action was aimed at confronting the traumas of the past and releasing the self of the pain it brought. It is a wonderful experience that Harry considers to be one of the best of his life.

As a result of this experience, it seems that he has gained a new perspective on the world. There was a sense of relief that he began to feel, he was much more relaxed and his perception started to change. “It was the cleaning of the windscreen, the removal of life’s filters — these layers of filters — it removed it all for me and brought me a sense of relaxation, relief, comfort, a lightness that I managed to hold back for a period of time,” he said, as quoted by pagesix.com

Hary and his experience: I started doing it recreationally

In the beginning, Harry did not intend that this would become a habit that he would repeat over and over again.

However, the experience was so good that he had to repeat it several times. During his treatment for trauma, he found it to be a great help to him. “I started doing it recreationally and then started to realize how good it was for me,” Harry added.

“I would say it is one of the fundamental parts of my life that changed me and helped me deal with the traumas and the pains of the past”. Many of us have a lot of suppressed emotions that later lead to mental problems such as; depression, anxiety, etc..Harry had an identical experience, and through psychedelics, he 'unlocked' everything he had repressed.

“They’re unlocking so much of what we’ve suppressed”. It seems that psychedelics can really be a good tool in the treatment of trauma. However, we do not recommend such things to everyone, and consultations are necessary before such things.
