Marc Anthony, the American singer, and his wife, Nadia Ferreira, have announced that they are expecting their first child together. The couple revealed the news via a joint post on Instagram, stating that Ferreira's pregnancy was the best Valentine's Day gift ever.
Ferreira shared a picture of Anthony's hand resting on her stomach, captioning it with, "Thank you God for this great blessing in our lives."
The announcement came two weeks after the couple tied the knot during a ceremony at the Perez Art Museum in Miami on January 28.
The wedding was attended by numerous celebrities, including David Beckham, Salma Hayek, and Luis Fonsi.
Love Prevails
Despite receiving negative comments from social media users regarding their age difference (Ferreira is 31 years younger than Anthony), the couple seems to be happy and content with their relationship.
The negative comments have not affected their relationship, and they have chosen to ignore them. Anthony and Ferreira confirmed their relationship via Instagram in March, with a selfie taken on an airplane. The singer wrote in the post's caption, "May God multiply all that you wish us." They announced their engagement in May, just three months after going Instagram official.
Anthony has a large blended family, including 14-year-old twins Max and Emme from his previous marriage to Jennifer Lopez. He also shares Cristian Marcus, 22, and Ryan Adrian Muñiz, 19, with Dayanara Torres, as well as 28-year-old Ariana and Chase, 27, with Debbie Rosado.
With three marriages behind him, including Dayana Torres (from 2000 to 2004), Jennifer Lopez (from 2004 to 2011), and Shannon De Lima (from 2014 to 2017), Anthony has children from all of his previous marriages. He has sons Cristian and Ryan from his marriage with Dayana, and twins Max and Emma with Jennifer.
The news of Marc Anthony and Nadia Ferreira's pregnancy has been received with congratulations and good wishes from fans and followers on social media.
