Penelope Cruz, the Spanish actress and one of the most beautiful women in the world, has once again caused disbelief among her fans with her youthful appearance. Recently, the 48-year-old actress posed for Dust magazine and shared some of her photos on her Instagram profile, leaving fans in awe.

When asked about her diet, Penelope Cruz revealed that she avoids dairy products, sugar, and gluten.

"I love organic, healthy food; my kids also eat this way," she said. In her fridge, you'll find lots of organic fruit and vegetables, free-range meat and fish, quinoa, pasta, brown rice, coconut sugar, stevia and chocolate.

For her skin and hair, Penelope Cruz has a few tricks up her sleeve. She does dry body brushing every once in a while to help eliminate toxins, and her makeup artist, Pablo Iglesias, used a jade roller on her on the set of their last movie, which she claims really works.
