Jessie's motherhood journey

Jessie had previously opened up about her inability to conceive, posting on Instagram in November 2021 that she had learned the heartbreaking news that her unborn child had lost its heartbeat.

Jessie has persevered in her desire to become a mother despite the setback, saying, "I decided to have a baby on my own. Because it’s all I’ve ever wanted and life is short. To get pregnant was a miracle in itself and an experience I will never forget and I know I will have again." Jessie wrote on social media about her loss anniversary this past November, "A year ago today I was told my baby no longer had a heartbeat.

Although I can tell the story now without crying, have and still am discovering all the positives that experience gave me." She added, “Time helps but it never truly fades. Sending love and strength to anyone’s heart that has or is experiencing this right now.

And to my little angel baby. I feel you everywhere. Especially today”. Whether Jessie is in a relationship is unknown at this time. Her most recent high-profile relationship lasted from 2018 to 2019 and involved actor Channing Tatum.

With the release of her #1 single "Do It Like a Dude" in 2011, British pop artist Jessie J shot to popularity.
