Famous model Cara Delevingne earns $35,000 a day, sealing her position as Britain's highest-paid supermodel. Her fortune comes from modeling and acting, and the 30-year-old now has a net worth of $55 million. Accounts revealed by the Daily Mail on Friday show the value of her company Harvey White Properties increased in 2021, with the publication saying her earnings from all sources were the equivalent of $35,000 a day.
This sealed her position as the highest-paid British supermodel. Her company has two subsidiaries in America, Cara Co (USA) Inc, and Hot Mess Industries LLC. The accounts emerged after Cara was said to be acting erratically in September.
That month, measures were taken to protect her interests in Cara Co in case she suffered a sudden change. However, it recently emerged that someone had activated a promissory note on her company's HSBC bank account so that if Delevingne went bust, it could be collected, which is highly unusual for a company with so much cash and real estate.
A source said at the time:
“It’s unexpected for a company with that much money in it to have charges of this kind against it. It’s very unlikely to go bust, but if you have a secured charge you become the first one in the queue to be repaid what you’re owed”.
Cara started modeling at the age of 10 and made her fortune last year when she launched the premium Prosecco wine company, Della Vita, with sisters Poppy, 36, and Chloe, 37. In 2020 Cara said about wealth: “I had a very privileged upbringing in terms of being able to travel and growing up in London, which was incredible for me.
Having a wonderful family and my father... he didn’t grow up with a lot of money and he is extremely ambitious and driven to look after his family and all of us." "Money is not everything. You get to the point where you’re like, ‘Oh, I’ve made money but I’m so deeply unhappy and alone’”.
