A mere six months after buying a "spare" house in Southern California, Kim Kardashian has decided to sell the house. Located near the reality star's main residence in Hidden Hills, this is a two-story building from the seventies, dating back to the 1980s.
Interestingly, Kardashian bought this property at a price of 6.3 million dollars, and now she is asking for an additional 700 thousand dollars extra to get rid of it. It has been reported that she has put up for sale three houses recently, but the reason behind her decision has not been identified.
In addition to the four bedrooms, this house has five bathrooms as well. The master bedroom and the living room are equipped with a fireplace, and the living room is dominated by a luxurious staircase with a gallery. There are also several impressive features at this house, such as its fenced driveway, garage for three cars, a motor court, and horse stables.
According to sources close to Kim's family, she does not plan to move from the Hidden Hills home that she currently lives in, even though she bought a new villa in Malibu in September. "The Malibu house is just a beach house.
She is not selling her Hidden Hills house," they said. Apparently, another reason she decided to buy a second house was her ex-husband Kanye West, who lives near her main residence. "Kanye's home is very close [to the Hidden Hills house] and this is another way for her to have her autonomy." Kardashian also recently put her brutalist three-bedroom, four-bathroom condominium in Calabasas, Calif.
back on the market for $3.5 million and listed a 1950s ranch house for $5.3 million.
Kim Kardashian condemn hate speech of Kanye West
“Hate speech is never OK or excusable,” she tweeted on Monday. “I stand together with the Jewish community and call on the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric towards them to come to an immediate end”.
Kardashian wrote. And her mother Kris Jenner, as well as sisters Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner shared similar statements on their social networks condemning anti-Semitism. "I support my Jewish friends and the Jewish people," they wrote on their profiles.
According to some, Kardashian should not be forced to denounce her ex-husband's actions. “Kanye’s behavior has absolutely NOTHING to do with Kim and she is not to blame for A SINGLE thing he says. Stop making excuses for his actions. Hold him accountable,” read one tweet.
