Kanye West, the American rapper, and ex-husband of reality star Kim Kardashian has recently been in the spotlight due to numerous controversial outbursts, and after he slowly began to lose his associates, he decided to take action so that it would not cost him dearly.

The rapper, who changed his name to Ye, hasn't stopped making subtle moves for some time, such as wearing a T-shirt with the inscription "White Lives Matter", controversial statements about the deceased African-American George Floyd, but also numerous other things that he will have to deal with in legal proceedings.

After the fashion house Balenciaga, for which West was the face, terminated its contracts with him, apparently disappointed with his behavior, West decided to "upgrade" his legal team. Sources close to the rapper revealed that West has hired a special attorney to help him deal with the days ahead.

He hired the company Brown Rudnick and Camille Vasquez, a lawyer who became famous with the trial of Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. Camille, representing Depp, made a name for herself in the defamation trial, which was also one of the most publicized in the last decade.

Vasquez helped Depp emerge from the trial as a “winner” and earn millions of dollars in punitive damages. Although it was sometimes speculated that the lawyer was in a relationship with Depp, this did not turn out to be true, but she won over many with her "sharp" legal skills.

Although it has not been revealed in what capacity Camille will be assisting Kanye, it is believed that she is supposed to represent his business interests amid the deepening crisis the rapper has fallen into. By the way, West himself has commented on his anti-Semitic outbursts before, and on that occasion, he made it clear that he does not regret what he did.

“Hey, if you call somebody out for bad business, that means you’re being anti-Semitic. I feel happy to have crossed the line of that idea so we can speak openly about things like getting canceled by a bank,” he told our photographers, before calling himself “the richest black man in American history”.
