Two teenage YouTube stars have married in front of their family and close friends and also announced that they were having a baby. This news has caused a firestorm all over the social networking sites especially among their fans. The winner of Miss Florida Junior Pre-Teen in 2014, revealed that she is pregnant and married. Danielle Cohn, who goes by Dani and boyfriend Mikey Tua, brother of Jojo Tua garnered more than three million views on their wedding videos. Let’s find out, is she really pregnant or just a prank?
Danielle Cohn And Mikey Tau Get Married
On the video, Dani and Mikey both were standing at the chapel altar as the Elvis impersonator priest told her;
“Dani, on this day and with this ring, I pledge myself to you,”
Mikey repeated after Elvis incarnate. The same words were repeated by Dani as well, put the ring on each finger and kissed. After that, the couple clicked several pictures as husband and wife and even signed the marriage paper. She shared a series of their wedding pictures on her Instagram on April 13, 2019, with a caption. She wrote:
“4-6-19???????? the day I committed to my best friend.”
The teenage couple wedded on April 6, 2019, even uploaded their wedding video on her YouTube channel.
In another video, the duo held up the ballon in front of the family and friends before popping the rubber object and revealed that they are expecting a baby girl.
After that, her boyfriend, Miker Tua, tweeted, on Apr. 11, “Expecting 08/14/19” and mentioned her. After a day, Dani posted a black and white image on her Instagram of Tua kissing her belly with a yellow heart emoji.
Not only that, at such a young age, the teenage couple went to Hawaii on a honeymoon. Many people responded to their marriage to be illegal.
At the end of the series of the video, the couple finally revealed the truth that it was just a prank. And also, the duo released an apologized statement for any offense caused. Dani and Mikey thought it would be fun to prank, but they didn’t know it was going to go as far as it was.
However, the prank caused an online backlash, with critics claiming the antics offended women who are struggling to conceive a child. Cohn responded to one of his tweet saying, his girlfriend is not pregnant. And it’s not offensive to anyone because people who can’t have babies can adopt them.
Furthermore, many Twitter users retweeted:

However, Dani’s mom and the manager told the internet that she was not pregnant and they were too young to get hitched. Also, her mother clarified that the high schoolers made a promise to each other instead of a commitment ceremony type.
On the other hand, Dani’s mother denied that the videos were “done for a stunt,” claiming that they were doing what other YouTubers do by creating the “clickbait” videos.
